Number two on my party list is always "overhead" decorations. Whether it is bunting, balloons or garlands I always like to hang something up. Especially, as many of these decorations can be used again and again, and I tend to leave them up a little bit longer to decorate my home! And these little garlands are just perfect for a bit of spring time decorating!
