GOOD LOOKS - Movie Night

Last week, my friend Donna planned such a fun night out (or should I say in) for the kids. She had a Movie Night, and it was something that quick and fun to plan and a HUGE hit with the kids.

GOOD TIPS:
1. Get the latest DVD or download from iTunes - and the entertainment is set. We watched the LEGO movie - so funny!
2. Depending on the weather you may want to have extra cushions and blankets in your lounge for the kids to get comfy.
3. Fill our giant boxes with popcorn. Donna even labelled each one with the kids names.
4. It's a special occasion, so serve fizzy drinks with retro paper straws. One could even crush ice, add syryp and make your own Slush Puppies.
5. If it is over dinner time, plan an "intermission" and order in pizza (of if you are Donna - make your own!). I think I ate more of the pizza than the kids!
6. After the movie, serve mini ice cream magnums and/or a selection of typical concession stand candy and chocolates.
